After purchasing a ticket online, you should receive a confirmation email with two attachments: one attachment showing invoice/purchase information, and the other with your tickets (bar codes for each person). If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folders. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact our Ticket Office for further assistance at (855) 923-7272.

We recommend a minimum of 24 hours in advance so we can properly prepare for your experience and to minimize wait times.
