DINING AT SEVEN FALLS

Exceptional Culinary Options Await

At the banks of Seven Falls, you'll find Restaurant 1858, an authentic establishment which takes its name from the Gold Rush era. The thunder of falling water adds a spectacular element to the already remarkable experience, where the cuisine takes inspiration from the region's traditional heritage of early frontier cooking to create a seasonal menu of uniquely Colorado dishes.

Park entrance is required to eat at Restaurant 1858. Advance reservations are recommended for lunch and dinner and can be made online or by calling (719) 476-6758.

Looking for something sweet? Our Falling Waffles food truck (opening mid-May) is all about serving up fresh and delicious bubble waffles topped with our house churned ice creams and fun, whimsical toppings and sauces.
